Abuja Airport To Shut Down For 30 Hours NOT 3 Days

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, says it will be shutting down the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja for 30 hours and not three days as some media houses had earlier reported.
The spokesperson for the aviation agencies, Yakubu Dati  says  the airport will be closed for maintenance work for 30hrs, as from 12 midnight on Saturday, July 5 to reopen 6am on Monday, July 7. Inconveniences are highly regretted, Mr. Dati said.
