According to The Daily News, The fight that led to the elevator attack started 15 minutes before they left. Solange's non famous friends were outside trying to get into the party, using Jay-Z's name. Jay basically checked Solange saying don't use my name. After that Jay decided he would go to Rihanna's Met Ball After Party without Beyonce and that took everything to another level. She was drunk and irritated. She said. "Why can't you go home." and to Beyonce "Why does your husband need to go to the club right now?" Its known that Solange is extremely protective over her sister, that plus Jay-not getting her friends into the Super VIP Met Ball Party stirred something up,
Jay-Z responded "Your'e the one to talk."
Jay=Z's response sent Solange into a rage.
He may be right though.. SHe was "partying" without her man. OUCH!
