Kim & Kanye are reportedly in escrow for this $20 million estate, complete with 2 vineyards.

Can you believe that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been living at home with Kim’s mother Kris Jenner this entire time?

Kim & Kanye’s endless renovations on their $11 million Bel Air mansion still aren’t finished, so the two have decided to drop $20 million on a different home. They plan on flipping their in-progress home once it’s completed.

Their new mansion is in Hidden Hills, Calif. — just five minutes away from Kris’ home in Calabasas.
The home features 2 pools, 2 vineyards, and is estimated at 16,000 square feet.
According to TMZ:

We’re told Kim has been eyeing the home for months, telling people it’s her dream home.  And get this … Kim and Kanye have been going back and forth to check out the house … on Vespas from Kris’ house to keep a low profile.

We’re told escrow is set to close at the end of the month.

The estate was once owned by Lisa Marie Presley.
